You will be the engine of Oras Medical's sales function — an outbound hunter responsible for building pipeline from the ground up across a range of community healthcare verticals including aesthetic clinics, care homes, physiotherapy practices, dental surgeries, and private hospitals. Day-to-day, you will be making cold calls, running targeted LinkedIn outreach, working both self-generated and provided leads, and booking prospective customers into webinar demos. You will own the pre- and post-webinar follow-up process, nurturing registrants through to a consultative conversation and ultimately through to close — positioning Oras not as a scanner vendor, but as a long-term adoption and implementation partner. You will report pipeline activity and work closely with the founder to refine the sales approach as the business scales.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying, outbound-focused role - Proven ability to cold call and self-generate leads — a demonstrable hunter mentality is non-negotiable - Comfortable with the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo support, follow-up and close - Experience in medical device, healthcare, or a comparable consultative B2B sales environment - Strong LinkedIn outreach and social selling capability - Excellent verbal communication — confident on the phone and in virtual/in-person settings - Based in the UK with willingness to travel to trade shows and customer sites as required
- Existing book of business or established relationships in aesthetics, care homes, physiotherapy, dentistry, or community/NHS healthcare - Prior experience selling into aesthetic clinics or care home groups specifically - Familiarity with diagnostic or imaging equipment - Experience supporting or running product webinars as part of the sales process
