How quickly can you find candidates?
It depends on the role, but we aim to get relevant CVs to you within a few days. For urgent roles, we can often move faster.
What are your fees?
Our fees are a percentage of the first-year salary, competitive with industry standards. You only pay when you hire through us - no upfront costs.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. All our placements come with a rebate period. If the candidate leaves or doesn't work out, we'll find a replacement or refund a portion of the fee.
