As a Global Sales Executive at Expeditors, you will operate at the very top of the individual contributor sales track, owning a portfolio of strategic named accounts while simultaneously driving new logo acquisition at enterprise level. Day-to-day, you will orchestrate Expeditors' global network — engaging Product, Geo, Service, and Knowledge Management teams across districts to architect bespoke, multi-modal logistics solutions for large, multi-site, multinational clients. You will manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close, engage C-suite and procurement-level stakeholders, support AR collection where required, and collaborate cross-district, recognising that GSE revenue is a shared asset across the NWE structure rather than a single district win. Significant international travel is expected as the nature of global account management demands genuine on-the-ground presence. This is a role built for a senior freight sales professional who is already operating strategically — someone with an established network, a fluency in complex supply chain solutions, and the commercial credibility to open doors at the highest levels. You will work against a combined KPI of $60,000 per month in new business revenue ($30,000 new business, $30,000 new logo), validated over an 18-month window per client, with a ramp structure that supports the early months as your territory develops. The commission model is deliberately designed to compound over time — win a strategic account and the residuals can follow you for up to ten years per product line. The GSE role is the most senior individual contributor position within Expeditors' NWE sales structure, and it exists because the business's $12 billion revenue is built entirely on organic growth. You are the engine of that growth. For those who want it, the role also serves as a natural launchpad into Sales Management or District Management — but for the right person, the GSE seat itself, backed by one of the most capable global logistics networks in the market, is the destination.
