As Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Novvia Group, you will serve as the operational right hand to the Chief Revenue Officer, owning and architecting the commercial operating system that ties together 15 acquired operating companies into a cohesive, high-performing revenue organisation. Day-to-day, you will lead enterprise pricing strategy and governance, drive Salesforce strategy and adoption across the group, design and maintain executive and Board-level dashboards in Tableau, manage revenue forecasting methodology, oversee territory design and account ownership, and direct customer experience operations and case management. You will also take the lead on commercial data governance across multiple ERP environments and spearhead commercial integration workstreams whenever Novvia completes a new acquisition — a frequent occurrence given the company's aggressive acquisition-led growth model. This role is genuinely foundational. There is currently no central owner of this function, which means you are not inheriting a legacy system or optimising someone else's decisions — you are designing the commercial infrastructure of a multi-hundred-million dollar distribution group from the ground up. You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, translating the CRO's commercial vision into scalable, standardised processes that work across a deliberately decentralised portfolio of businesses. The complexity is real, the autonomy is significant, and the Board-level visibility is immediate. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will operate as a true executive peer, engaging with senior leadership across finance, operations, and the individual operating company presidents. The scope of this role is designed to grow with Novvia's acquisition pipeline, and for the right individual, it represents a direct path to the CRO seat. If you are the kind of operator who wants to build something lasting rather than maintain something inherited, this is a rare opportunity to do exactly that inside a PE-backed platform with serious momentum.
