As a District Sales Executive at Expeditors International, you will be at the sharp end of new business development — hunting, opening, and closing new logo accounts within your district. Day-to-day, this means prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch, running consultative client meetings, and collaborating with internal product managers and operations teams to design freight solutions that genuinely fit what your clients need. You will manage your activity and pipeline through Expeditors' CRM, attend structured product training, and work towards earning certifications that deepen your credibility in market. This is a field-based, client-facing role — you will be out in front of decision-makers regularly, not desk-bound. The impact of this role is direct and measurable. You are contributing to the district P&L from day one, and your book of business compounds over time thanks to Expeditors' residual commission model, which pays out for up to ten years per product per client. The targets are clear: $7,500 per month in new business revenue and $7,500 per month in new logo revenue, validated over an 18-month window per client. Hit those numbers and you are building something that keeps rewarding you long after the initial sale. This is a growth hire — part of eight open roles across Northwest Europe — and the opportunity is real for someone who wants to compete at the highest level in global freight.
