As a Senior Sales Executive at Expeditors International, you will own and grow a substantial new business pipeline across the NWE market, targeting $15,000/month in new business revenue and $15,000/month in new logo acquisition within an 18-month validation window. Day-to-day, you will prospect and close complex, multi-product freight solutions — spanning air, ocean, ground, customs and compliance, and warehousing — collaborating with colleagues across Expeditors' global network of 14 NWE district offices to build tailored proposals for mid-to-large accounts. You will manage a portfolio of named accounts, run the full consultative sales cycle from initial engagement through to solution design and close, and where appropriate, provide mentorship and guidance to District Sales Executive colleagues. This is a growth hire, part of an eight-role NWE expansion, and you will play a direct role in contributing to your district's P&L — a structure that gives each office genuine commercial autonomy and entrepreneurial ownership. You will be client-facing on a regular basis, meeting prospects and customers in person across the London and Dublin markets, and you will be expected to bring an active network and existing relationships in the supply chain space that can accelerate pipeline from day one. The opportunity ahead is compelling: the natural progression from SSE is Global Sales Executive (GSE), a level that unlocks cross-district commission earnings across all 14 NWE offices. Underpinning this is Expeditors' residual commission model — a genuine market differentiator where winning a freight tender today generates commission for up to ten years, with the clock resetting each time a new product is added to that account.
