You will own the commercial launch of BrandMyBag's new label division, joining at the exact moment new digital label printing equipment comes online and converting your existing book of business into immediate revenue. Day-to-day you will manage and grow a portfolio of label customers by leveraging your established relationships across food and beverage, health and beauty, retail, e-commerce, or industrial end markets, while simultaneously prospecting new accounts to build a robust pipeline. You will work closely with the production team on specifications, sampling, substrates, finishes, adhesives, and lead times, attend customer sites for briefings and presentations, and keep your pipeline and account activity current in CRM — operating remotely with approximately 25% travel across the region. This is a ground-floor commercial role with real ownership. You will be the person who shapes how the label business is built, which means the decisions you make early — which verticals to prioritise, which accounts to target, how to position BrandMyBag's digital capability — will define the trajectory of the division. Because the business is fully committed to growing labels into a significant revenue stream, you will have the resources, equipment, and internal support to start converting relationships from day one without the bureaucracy of a large corporate environment. The commission structure is designed to reward performance directly, and as volumes grow there is a clear path for the right person into senior commercial leadership on the label side of the business.
