You will be out on the road regularly, travelling to customer sites across London to carry out templating using an LPE laser system or the Corex method, capturing precise measurements before returning to the Wandsworth factory to complete installations. Your day-to-day will involve fitting marble, quartzite, quartz composite and other premium natural and man-made stone across kitchen worktops, vanity units and shower trays, working alongside an established team to deliver high-end residential and commercial projects to exacting standards. You will be expected to read and interpret technical drawings confidently, operate hand tools, power tools and specialist stone equipment safely, and maintain rigorous health and safety standards on every site you attend. Marble City's in-house CNC water jet, saws, routing and wet polishing capabilities mean that all the heavy fabrication is handled at the factory — your focus is purely on templating and installation, giving you a clear, well-defined scope of work without the burden of cutting duties. The role sits at the heart of a 23-person operation with a consistent pipeline driven by five dedicated salespeople, so you can expect a steady, varied workload across some of London's finest stone projects. You will work closely with the wider team and liaise directly with Gavin Waldron on project matters.
